Our care standards

 We highly recommend PapaCats to anyone looking for a catsitter around Brighton. We went abroad for a few days and Sunny looked after our cat Muffin while we were away. We had daily updates, photos, you can tell Sunny is passionate about cats 🙂 

We will definitely reach out again, it is really good to know Muffin is in good hands. Sunny is also such a caring and kind person, and very flexible. We feel lucky that we found such a good catsitter close-by. Merci encore Sunny!

 Sunny is amazing. We needed someone to take care of our little family of three cats and a miniature dachshund while away for a week. He came up on a search and I will never go to anyone else now! 

We had a pre-meet at our home and we had a great conversation of our needs. He was very attentive of what we wanted. While away he gave daily updates with videos and photos which made us very relaxed. He clearly knows how to care for animals and has lots of love for them. His prices are very reasonable for what he does and I cannot thank him enough!!

  We left Pandora and Lola in PapaCat’s safe hands for 4 days while we were in Croatia and couldn’t recommend Sunny more! He was very thorough in asking about their specific needs - Pandora needing medication twice a day (which Sunny administered with ease) and their different food requirements. 

We were sent lovely videos and updates daily, including one of Pandora enjoying cuddles with Sunny - which made me so happy and reassured as she is quite new to our household and a bit skittish with strangers still. They were super well looked after and were very happy when we returned. Thanks so much again Sunny!! We will be booking with you every time we go away now.

 Sunny looks after my two cats Lola and Pandora whenever we go away, he is extremely attentive, caring and also knowledgeable about cats (having two himself) so for me he is the ideal cat sitter. He listens to your needs for your cats very very carefully and asks lots of questions to find out their likes/dislikes, feeding schedules, litter requirements (even if they want the tv or music on) etc so you know he will be able to attend to them perfectly. 

Lola is a very particular and needy Siamese and is fussy with food, on his first visit, Sunny gave a great recommendation to me to change Lola’s food to a dry food that would suit her needs and teeth problems too, which we did and has been beneficial to her. Lola absolutely loves Sunny and follows him around constantly as he is so great with her and gives her loads of fuss as she needs. 

He has also been looking after Pandora our new rescue and has been very careful to not let the two cats start fighting as they haven’t been fully introduced yet. Pandora is very shy so far but seems to have taken a shine to Sunny already. Overall Sunny is the most perfect and kind cat sitter I could recommend - don’t hesitate to book him for peace of mind for your kitties when you are away.

Cilla had an amazing time with Papa Chat, she says she can't wait for us to go away again on holidays so that Papa chat can come back and look after her. Cyrille is very friendly and reliable. He is trained in animal care and welfare, which adds to peace of mind. Would definitely recommend, and actually, I can't wait to go away again!
